ARCHAIA STUDIO PRESS

MISERICORDIA #2

Written & Illustrated by Rebekah Brem.

The second chapter brings us more of the stunning and distinct artwork of Brem, as she tells her “dystopian science fiction love story”.  ASP is certainly putting out some excellent books lately, and this one looks to be no exception.

ARCANA STUDIOS

KADE: SUN OF PERDITION HC

Written by Sean O’Reilly.  Illustrated by Stjepan Sejic.

The folks at Arcana have collected their latest tale of Kade into this hardcover volume.  Kade and Ezra are back, killing demons and looking moody on the covers.  Rumor has it that the Elfsar exclusive

AVATAR

GRAVEL #0

Written by Warren Ellis & Mike Wolfer.  Illustrated by Raulo Cacares.

Warren Ellis’ combat magician (from STRANGE KISS and STRANGE KILLINGS) returns in an all-new ongoing series.  And a new Warren Ellis book always means that the lead character will talk about stuff he found on the internet, while doing something disgusting that he saw someone else do.  On the internet.

BIG CITY COMICS

OMEGA ONE #1

Written & Illustrated by Jeffery S. Kaufman.

Ant, Shi, and others are gathered by the government to put an end to a worldwide threat.  It says there’s also a surprise guest star; we’re betting it is Santa.  He’s just the sort of guy who could pull off a secret plot to destroy the Earth.

BOOM STUDIOS!

WHAT WERE THEY THINKING?! VOLUME 1 TP

Written by Keith Giffen, Andrew Cosby, John Rogers, Johanna Stokes, and various.

This is a re-solicit due to rescheduling, so that means you have a second chance to get your hands on this.  Giffen and company have taken comics from the Golden Age and rewritten them with funny new words.  Picture MYSTERY SCIENCE THEATRE, but with comic books.

DYNAMITE ENTERTAINMENT

ADOLESCENT RADIOACTIVE BLACK BELT HAMSTERS #1

Written by Keith Champagne.  Illustrated by Tom Nguyen.

Ah, the nostalgic joy of the ‘80’s.  When obscure indie books (like TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES) would have out of nowhere success, and then spawn countless imitations.  This book, originally published by Eclipse in the ‘80s, featuring these hamster martial artists was the first imitation / parody of the TMNT.  We’re not sure who exactly felt the need to see this one return now, but it should be fun for anyone who remembers the first time around.

THE BOYS #14

Written by Garth Ennis.  Illustrated by Peter Snejbjerg

The Boys trip to Russia brings the third arc of this series to its explosive conclusion, with the help of guest artist Peter Snejbjerg (STARMAN).

SUPERPOWERS #1

Written by Alex Ross & Jim Krueger.  Illustrated by Carlos Paul.

After last month’s issue #0, Ross’ new epic starts in earnest here, so you should add this to your file now so you won’t miss what promises to be one of the breakout series of 2008.  Now if Alex Ross would only stop using his older relatives as models; it’s just creepy and gross.

DIGITAL WEBBING

DARK 48 #1

By Steven O’Connell, Daniel Indro, & Joel Seguin.

This book is like Y: THE LAST MAN meets 28 DAYS LATER.  Instead of just one man in the USA, there’s lots of them, and they’re infected with an insane rage virus.  Now an all-female assault team must travel across the country, looking for survivors and a cure.

IDW

DOCTOR WHO #1

Written by Gary Russell.  Illustrated by Nick Roche.

A brand new Doctor Who series, detailing the exploits of the newest (10th if you’re counting) Doctor and his companion Martha Jones, and it’s about time.  (Ha! Get it!? Time.  Time travel.  Ha!).  If you’ve been enjoying the newest incarnation of the TV series this comic will be a perfect fit for you, as writer Russell has a long and impressive list of WHO credits including story editor on the latest series.

STAR TREK: ALIEN SPOTLIGHT: BORG

Written by Andrew Steven Harris.  Illustrated by Sean Murphy.  Covers by Zach Howard and Murphy.

Klingons, Gorn, Orions, bah!  Enough of those wussy races, it’s time for the Borg to take the spotlight before they proceed to assimilate your other comics.

PURE IMAGINATION PUBLISHING

SEX, DRUGS, AND VIOLENCE IN THE COMICS TP

By various.

Have you ever wondered why the Comics Code was invented in 1954?  This trade republishes some of the more extreme stories from the days of ‘the seduction of the innocent’.

TOKYOPOP

GYAKUSHU! VOLUME 2

Written & illustrated by Dan Hipp.

The next installment of a fantasy epic about stabbing and revenge.  But mostly stabbing.  But also?  Revenge.

VIRGIN

JENNA JAMESON’S SHADOW HUNTER #1

Written by Christina Z.  Illustrated by Mukesh Singh.

We could make jokes about a comic based upon a porn star being published by a company named “Virgin”, but we won’t, because we have too much dignity.  We could joke about Jenna hunting her own shadow because she’s thin to the point of being deeply unhealthy, but we won’t, because we’re too kind.  We won’t even make the obvious jokes about reference materials for the cover artists Greg Land & Greg Horn.  Instead, we’ll just mention that this title begins in January and let it speak for itself.

DARK HORSE

BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER #10

Written by Joss Whedon.  Illustrated by Cliff Richards.  Covers by Georges Jeanty & Jo Chen.

Buffy & Willow meet a demon who can read the future!  Like a future with a new Joss Whedon show on TV next fall!  Woo!  But in the meantime, Joss Whedon returns to write issue #10, and brings guest penciller Cliff Richards with him.  It’s Whedon on Buffy, what else do you need to know?

B.P.R.D.: 1946 #1 (of 5)          START READING HERE!

Written by Mike Mignola & Joshua Dysart.  Illustrated by Paul Azaceta & Nick Filardi.  Cover by Mike Mignola.

This new series focuses on Professor Bruttenholm and the earliest days of the BPRD, immediately following the Second World War as they investigate the occult obsessions of the recently defeated Nazis and head into the Cold War against the Soviets.  A must for any fan of the world of Hellboy.

COLOR OF RAGE VOL 1

Written by Kazuo Koike.  Illustrated by Seisaku Kano.

Two slaves free themselves from a slave ship and land in Edo, the ancient capital of Feudal Japan.  One guy is a Japanese dude.  The other?  A giant black guy.  It’s kind of like that Takeshi Kitano film, BROTHER, only, you know, in the form of manga, about stabbing and boobies.

DARK HORSE: TWENTY YEARS OF COMICS

By various.

From FLAMING CARROT to SIN CITY and everything in between, this 440+ page hardcover takes a look at the entire twenty year history of Dark Horse Comics.

EVIL DEAD #1 (of 4)

Written by Mark Verheiden.  Illustrated by John Bolton.

A four-issue “Director’s Cut” of the original movie, if you will, featuring new scenes, delivered to us in breathtaking paintings by John Bolton.  Do we need a comic version of the Evil Dead movie?  Probably not, but we won’t complain if it means we’re getting more Bruce Campbell.

MY NAME IS BRUCE

Written by Milton Freewater Jr.  Illustrated by Cliff Richards.  Cover by Bart Sears.

What was that about getting more Bruce Campbell?  This one shot is based on his upcoming movie.  It’s kind of like THREE AMIGOS, only Bruce is taken to China to fight an ancient war demon.

STAR WARS: KNIGHTS OF THE OLD REPUBLIC #25 – VECTOR PART 1

Written by John Jackson Miller.  Illustrated by Scott Hepburn & Michael Atiyeh.  Cover by Travis Charest.

Vector, the year long crossover through all the Dark Horse Star Wars titles, begins here.  A prophecy of great evil stretches over four millennia and into the deepest reaches of the Star Wars universe.

DC

BATMAN: THE KILLING JOKE SPECIAL EDITION

Written by Alan Moore & Brian Bolland.  Illustrated by Brian Bolland.

The Killing Joke, long considered one of the most monumental batman stories ever, is finally back in print in this sleek new hardcover.   Alan Moore took the joker from a campy comic relief villain who ties people to sabotaged carnival rides, to the devious epitome of evil and insanity he is today in one tense unprecedented moment; the consequences of which left the DC universe forever altered.  This new printing also includes a bonus story from Batman: Black and White!  DC is also offering two new action figures based on Bolland’s artwork to coincide with this anniversary release.

BOOSTER GOLD #6

Written by Geoff Johns & Jeff Katz.  Illustrated by Dan Jurgens & Norm Rapmund.

The fantastic first story-arc of Booster Gold comes to a conclusion, as Booster tries to save the life of his best friend Ted Kord, the Blue Beetle.

CATWOMAN: CATWOMAN’S DEAD TP

Written by Will Pfeifer.  Illustrated by David Lopez & Alvaro Lopez.  Cover by Adam Hughes.

This collection sees Catwoman’s secret identity fall apart, placing her daughter and her friends in jeopardy, forcing Catwoman to make a desperate decision.  A great place to start reading this consistently good title if you’ve not been picking it up.

COUNTDOWN TO FINAL CRISIS #17 – #13

Story by Paul Dini.  Scripts by Tony Bedard.  Illustrated by Pete Woods & Tom Derrick.

After toiling through 30+ issues of desperately seeking out the tiniest of all heroes, the new Challengers finally end their quest.  However, there’s no rest in store for them, as instead they must save Ray Palmer from Monarch’s army from across the entire multiverse, including his alternate Earth victors from last month’s Countdown: Arena.

Not to cast doubt on the resilience of Donna Troy, Kyle Rayner, and Jason Todd but we think this fight might be over faster than a Maple Leafs winning streak.

COUNTDOWN SPECIAL: THE NEW GODS

Written by Jack Kirby.  Illustrated by Kirby, Mike Royer, & Vince Colletta.  Cover by Ryan Sook.

If those hardcover Fourth World omnibuses are too pricey for you then why not pick up this 80 page special for a chance to read some classic Kirby New Gods stories.

DETECTIVE COMICS #840

Written by Paul Dini.  Illustrated by Dustin Nguyen & Derek Fridolfs.

New series artist Dustin Nguyen begins his run on Detective Comics.  His art is fantastic, and a perfect fit for Batman, so we’re quite pleased.  Batman deals with the aftermath of his latest confrontation with Ra’s al Ghul, and we’re introduced to a new villain.

JLA CLASSIFIED #50 & #51

Written by Roger Stern.  Illustrated by John Byrne.  Covers by Josh Middleton.

Roger Stern & John Byrne bring us the first two chapters of a new five part story.  These John Byrne issues have the clean artistic stylings of Josh Middleton on covers.  That’s like a chocolate-coated cactus.  A know-it-all cactus who will talk shit about you on the internet.

NIGHTWING #140         START READING HERE!

Written by Peter Tomasi.  Illustrated by Rags Morales & Michael Bair.

Nightwing gets a new creative team of writer Peter Tomasi (GREEN LANTERN CORPS), and artists Rags Morales & Michael Bair (IDENTITY CRISIS).  An excellent place to jump on board this title.

ROBIN #170                START READING HERE!

Written by Chuck Dixon.  Illustrated by Chris Batista.  Cover by Freddie Williams II.

Chuck Dixon returns to writing the boy wonder!

THE SPIRIT #14

Written by Sergio Aragones & Mark Evanier.  Illustrated by Mike Ploog.

A new creative team takes over after the exceptional work of Darwyn Cooke.  Aragones & Evanier are best known for GROO, but both have a long list of quality work, and Ploog’s wonderful artistic style should complement the series perfectly.  So keep reading.

TEEN TITANS: THE LOST ANNUAL #1

Written by Bob Haney.  Illustrated by Jay Stephens & Mike Allred.  Cover by Nick Cardy.

The Teen Titans are launched into space to save President Kennedy in this stand alone tale of the Titans from days gone past, written by classic Teen Titans co-creator & writer Haney, and with a cover by the one and only Nick Cardy.

TEEN TITANS: YEAR ONE #1 (of 6)          START READING HERE!

Written by Amy Wolfram.  Illustrated by Karl Kerschl & Steve Lapointe.

A great new 6 issue mini-series examining how the original Teen Titans came together to fight crime and help each other deal with being teenagers.  This retelling of their origin will give the story a more contemporary feel, and looks like it’ll be one of the more interesting “Year One” stories.  Featuring art by one of the best new artists in the field (Karl Kerschl), and a quality TV writer (Amy Wolfram) with the impeccable qualification of writing the Teen Titans TV series.  And her name is wonderfully reminiscent of old school Titan’s luminary Marv Wolfman.

WONDER WOMAN: WHO IS WONDER WOMAN HC

Written by Allan Heinberg.  Illustrated by Terry Dodson & Rachel Dodson.

The long delayed (nearly a year) first story of the relaunched Wonder Woman series is finally collected in one volume.  Despite the delays, this story holds up and is worth reading as one complete tale.  And besides, when a title like Ultimate Wolverine Vs. Hulk is still unfinished, can we complain about such a seemingly insignificant delay?

WILDSTORM

WILDSTORM REVELATIONS #1 & #2 (of 6)

Written by Christos Gage.  Illustrated by Wes Craig.

A couple of sexy Wildcats rejects try everything they can to prevent the destruction of their entire universe.  Really nice art, from the preview pages.  On a separate note, the script for Wildcats #2 is done.  There’s a sign of hell freezing over if we ever saw one.

WILDSTORM FINE ARTS: SPOTLIGHT ON WILDCATS

Previously, they’ve featured such talents as Campbell, or Lee, but now they’re skipping to the head of the class; bypassing an opportunity to showcase the early works of Booth, Hitch, Charest or Sale, Wildstorm has instead opted to bring you the exciting, awe inspiring pencils of an entire team of superheroes. Check out the woodcarving prints of Warblade, the black and white sketches of Grifter, and the computer renderings of Spartan. Not to mention the finger paintings of Maul… actually, this is just a bunch of out of context panels, and suggestive splash pages … yay, swim suit specials!!!!

VERTIGO

SCALPED #13            START READING HERE!

Written by Jason Aaron.  Illustrated by R.M. Guera.  Cover by Jock.

See what all of the buzz is about with this fantastic new series that mixes organized crime and modern Indian reservations.  And volume 1 & 2 are both available for you to catch up on what’s happened thus far.

VINYL UNDERGROUND #4

Written by Si Spencer.  Illustrated by Simon Gane & Cameron Stewart.  Cover by Sean Phillips.

This interesting new series has gotten off to an excellent start, featuring strong writing and artwork.  Definitely worth picking up.

Y: THE LAST MAN #60

Written by Brian K. Vaughan.  Illustrated by Pia Guerra & Jose Marzan Jr..  Cover by Massimo Carnevale.

The final issue brings everything to a dramatic conclusion, and is not to be missed!  This marks the end of the line for Yorrick, as well as the series, and is probably not the best time to hop on board as a new reader.  The good news however, is everyone who has been reading this in trades will get to read the final volume in only another few months.

HOW TO MAKE WEB COMICS

Step 1 – be naturally funny or really good at stealing jokes from others
Step 1a – don’t get caught stealing jokes (We’re looking at you, Robert Liefield)
Step 2 – get a computer
Step 3 – get a simple rendering program, old school super paint works really well
Step 4 – get the internet
Step 5 – get a domain name, something catchy but also suitable for the masses, something clever like maybe “ELFSAR.COM”.
Step 6 – copy and paste comics to website
Step 7 – get a job that actually provides an income, as you won’t make any money doing web comics.

We just saved you $12.99; you’re welcome.

INVINCIBLE #50

Written by Robert Kirkman.  Illustrated by Ryan Ottley, Cory Walker, & Bill Crabtree.

Invincible has reached the big five-oh, and this special over-sized issue brings a great deal of the last few year’s worth of stories to an exciting conclusion, while setting up the future for this always enjoyable title.  This is possibly the best superhero book outside of Marvel or DC, and well worth picking up.

MR UNIVERSE ONE SHOT

This is not a comic book about a body-building competition.  It’s about a super-hero called Mr. Universe.  We just wanted to tell you ahead of time and avoid any embarrassing confusion down the road.

NEW WORLD ORDER #1

Featuring the same title font and styling as a bad Nicholas Cage movie, this book follows in that great Image tradition of “borrowing”. At least they credit the works that inspired the story, something not all the founders of the company could be bothered to do.

PROOF #4

Written by Alex Grecian.  Illustrated by Riley Rossmo.

This fun new series has been an enjoyable surprise, and is definitely worth ordering.

SHARKMAN #1

Who says all the good superhero names are taken?  Perhaps it is simply the choice of which animal you choose to name yourself after that will determine your success.  Wouldn’t you rather take a shark over a bat or spider?  Or what about Ant-Man?  As far as naming yourself after an animal, that’s the equivalent of being the Pink Power Ranger.  This series isn’t really about any of that.

WITCHBLADE VOLUME 1 TP

Written by Ron Marz.  Illustrated by Mike Choi.  Cover by Stjepan Sejic.

The excellent first story-arc by Ron Marz from Witchblade #80-85 is collected here, and priced at a ridiculously low price of $5 American.  That’s like, what, $3.65 Canadian?  Oh, those silly Americans and their funny little Pesos.  At that price, there’s no excuse to not pick this up and discover that Witchblade isn’t just about some hot chick in a metal bikini.  It’s about a hot chick in a metal bikini solving supernatural crimes, and happens to be surprisingly well written.

YOUNGBLOOD #1

Written by Joe Casey.  Illustrated by Derec Donovan.

Joe Casey gives us an examination of the mind-shattering, archetypal pathos of the superhero as celebrity, providing much needed metaphors for our everyday lives in this age of out of control Hollywood celebrities.  Otherwise known as Ethan’s bad dream.

AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #549 – 551

Written by Marc Guggenheim.  Illustrated by Salvador Larroca.

Given the continued delays with the final chapters of “One More Day”, we’re not sure when we’ll start to see the three times a month issues of ASM.  However, Guggenheim & Larroca will bring us the excitement of Spidey (along with help from Jackpot) versus Menace, whenever it happens.

ANNIHILATION CONQUEST BOOK 1 HC

Written by Keith Giffen, Christos Gage, Dan Abnett, & Andy Lanning.  Illustrated by Timothy Green, Mike Lilly, & Mike Perkins.

The universe starts to rebuild here.  This collection features the struggle of Ronan to restore the Kree Empire, Nova to be less lame, and Quasar dealing with her former girlfriend becoming a dragon.

CAPTAIN AMERICA #34

Written by Ed Brubaker.  Illustrated by Steve Epting.  Covers by Epting & Alex Ross.

Is this the debut of the new Cap, a triumphant return of an old Cap, or merely part of the Marvel hype & misdirection machine?  Read this issue and find out for sure.

HOUSE OF M HC

Written by Brian Michael Bendis.  Illustrated by Olivier Coipel.

This deluxe hardcover collects the entire mutant destroying event that brought on the current “Endangered Species” and “Messiah Complex” arcs.

HULK #1

START READING HERE!

Written by Jeph Loeb.  Illustrated by Ed McGuinness.

A brand new ongoing series starring … well, he’s red and looks like the Hulk, but beyond that we really don’t know much about this.  One of Hulks oldest friends is found dead, and foul play is suspected, so of course the government calls in those highly experienced Sleuths, Iron Man, She Hulk and Doc Samson to solve the case.  First thing they do is blame the Hulk, feeling they’ve caught him “red handed” (hint, hint).  We’re not sure how this will play out, or what direction they’re taking this, but if nothing else, with Ed McGuinness’ art, it will look very nice.

INCREDIBLE XXXX #113

Written by Greg Pak & Fred van Lente.  Illustrated by Khoi Pham.

We’re not sure if this is Marvel sending you kisses or really trying to use sex to sell their books.  One thing is for sure, somebody stole the Hulk’s favourite adjective and he’s gonna be pissed when he finds out.

MARVEL COMICS PRESENTS #5

Written & Illustrated by various.  Cover by Greg Land.

Apropos of nothing, if anyone wants to know what Ka-Zar the Savage looks like when he’s having sex, Greg Land drew this month’s cover to MARVEL COMICS PRESENTS.  Thanks, Greg Land!

MIGHTY AVENGERS #8

Written by Brian Michael Bendis.  Illustrated by Mark Bagley.

Mark Bagley illustrates the second arc of Mighty Avengers, as the symbiote infected New Avengers fight the Mighty Avengers.  However, before we can read this, first we have to get the final issue illustrated by Frank Cho to ship.

NEW AVENGERS: ILLUMINATI HC

Written by Brian Michael Bendis & Brian Reed.  Illustrated by Jim Cheung.

Now you can read the tales of the Illuminati all in one nicely collected volume, just in time to be all caught up for this spring’s “Secret Invasion” series.

NEW AVENGERS ANNUAL #1

Written by Brian Michael Bendis.  Illustrated by Carlo Pagulayan.  Cover by Jim Cheung.

The story in this year’s annual continues directly from New Avengers #37, and promises to address some of the big plot points that have been building since the end of Civil War.  This issue is a must for any Avengers fan!

NEW EXILES #1              START READING HERE!

Written by Chris Claremont.  Illustrated by Tom Grummett.  Covers by Greg Land & Michael Golden.

Chris Claremont & Tom Grummett begin a new era for the Exiles.

NOVA #10

Written by Andy Lanning & Dan Abnett.  Illustrated by Wellington Alves.  Cover by Adi Granov.

We honestly didn’t think this title would make it this far.  Go Nova go.

SPIDER-MAN: WITH GREAT POWER #1 (of 5)               START READING HERE!

Written by David Lapham.  Illustrated by Tony Harris.

This mini-series will examine the rarely explored time in Spider-Man’s life, between getting his powers and the death of Uncle Ben.  The time when everything seemed to be going right for Peter Parker.  This story will be a treat for any fan of Spidey, and the always excellent pencils of Tony Harris will be an added bonus.

THE TWELVE #1 (of 12)               START READING HERE!

Written by Michael J. Straczynski.  Illustrated by Chris Weston.  Cover by Kaare Andrews.

Evidently 2008 will be the year of “public domain” characters being dusted off and revisited.  This 12 issue series is M.J. Straczynski’s tale of twelve “mystery men” from the World War II era attempting to unravel the mystery of how they have ended up at the dawn of the 21st century.  Pretty convenient that a story featuring old school heroes struggling to cope with their place in a modern world while trying to solve the murder of one of their own is coming out right before Watchmen the movie.  We’re sure it’s a fluke.

ULTIMATE IRON MAN II #2 (of 4)

Written by Orson Scott Card.  Illustrated by Pasqual Ferry.

Round 2 heats up as Card and Ferry team up to try and accomplish the impossible, get a 4 issues monthly Marvel mini series out in just 4 months. Can they really expect to cram Armor Crunch action into 4 measly little issues, in this story that will see Tony stark forced to defend not only his physical well being but his innocence.

ULTIMATE HUMAN #1 of 4                START READING HERE!

Written by Warren Ellis.  Illustrated by Cary Nord.

Yay.  Another Warren Ellis book about science-type heroes.  Tony Stark and Bruce Banner collaborate in an effort to accomplish the impossible, cure Banner of the Hulk.  You can probably guess how this one turns out.

ULTIMATE SPIDER-MAN #118

Written by Brian Michael Bendis.  Illustrated by Stuart Immonen.

The introduction of “Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends” begins here.  This should be a lot of fun, and of course, will continue the consistently high level story-telling we’ve come to expect from USM.  Not only has this title been the best Spider-Man title at Marvel for most of the last decade, it has also been the only one that ships regularly.  And if for some reason you haven’t been reading this, start here with what will be the next great arc, and you can get caught up with the trades.

ULTIMATE X-MEN #90

Written by Robert Kirkman.  Illustrated by Slavador Larroca.

Another solid performer, this issue heralds not only the coming of Apocalypse, but also fantastic new series artist Larroca!

X-MEN ENDANGERED SPECIES HC

Written by Mike Carey, Chris Yost, & Christos Gage.  Illustrated by Scott Eaton, Mark Bagley, Mike Perkins, & Andrea Divito.  Cover by Marc Silvestri.

Plus there are some X-men in here. But seriously, this HC collects the exciting back story that spanned all the X-titles and explored the fate of the dying race of mutants.

YOUNG AVENGERS HC

Written by Allan Heinberg.  Illustrated by Jim Cheung & Andrea Divito.

This collection features the mini-series that introduced us to the Young Avengers.  Although there were some delays with this when it was originally released, they were rather slight when compared to Heinberg’s other HC being released this month.  Maybe now that there is a writer’s strike in Hollywood, he’ll have time to produce some comic scripts again and possibly put something out on time.

YOUNG AVENGERS PRESENTS #1

Written by Ed Brubaker.  Illustrated by Paco Medina.

The first of six fantastic single issue stories that explore the effect the post civil war marvel universe has on Marvel’s youngest heroes.  Each issue will feature a different top notch team focusing on a different member of the team.  First up is Brubaker & Medina, tackling Patriot, as he seeks out some rational, fatherly advice from that oh so well adjusted fella, Winter Soldier.
