SPECIAL RULES:
Build a
400pt unrestricted team where all characters have
the same value in one of their starting power slots.
So you could have a team that starts off with all 17
defence, or all 10 attack, or all 0 Damage.
No dupes of the same character. Though
Generics are ok.
